Compensation: $18/hr. and up Depending on Experience/Formal Training

No Mandatory OT!

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Must be on time and ready to work at the assigned shift start.
• Must be a U.S. citizen. (ITAR/EAR jobs)
• Must wear safety glasses when not using a Scope or a magnifying glass.
• Must have at least 20/20 corrected vision.
• Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation.
• Shift: 1st

Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:

• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparator.
• Math skills: such ad Geometry and or Trigonometry
• Experience with Medical polishing and or Aerospace finishing.
• Must be able to read and follow process sheets
• Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation.
• Must be able to work around sharp or moving machine components.
• May have to stand for long periods of time.
• Need to be able to look through microscopes occasionally.
• Need to know how to spin round parts to achieve certain finishes.
• Blend welds, bring parts to high buffed finish and or satin finishes.
