Job Description
Qualified applications must possess a Chapter 74 license in or meet the Metal Fabrication and Welding
eligibility requirements for licensure, which include:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Five years of recent (within the last seven years), full-time employment experience directly related to Metal Fabrication and Welding technology
- Possession of current Automotive Services Excellence (ASE) certification in at least three areas of Metal Fabrication and Welding technology
- Passing score of at least 70% on each test (written test and performance test) in Metal Fabrication and Welding technology
- Achieve a passing score on the Vocational Technical Literacy Skills Test (VTLST) or achieve a passing score on the Communication and Literacy Skills Test
Salary in accordance with the Medford Teachers Association Union Contract
