Safety
Drive proactive safety culture.
Review and close safety actions.
Lead investigations of significant safety concerns.
Ensure compliance with all EHS standards.
Quality
Own quality performance of the manufacturing group.
Review quality losses and corrective actions.
Lead containment and escalation activities when required.
Ensure standards are followed consistently.
Operational Ownership
Own overall performance of the assigned manufacturing group.
Ensure production targets, delivery commitments, and business objectives are achieved.
Drive daily execution through FLLs.
Directly lead and coach FLLs.
Develop leadership capability within teams.
Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
Ensure effective manpower utilization across areas.
Lead daily Tier meetings.
Review previous-day and current-shift performance.
Escalate site-level issues requiring cross-functional support.
Coordinate actions with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Act as escalation level for unresolved FLL issues.
Lead structured problem solving activities.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
Maintain staffing, equipment, and operational readiness.
Manage risks affecting production continuity.
Drive achievement of budgeted productivity and efficiency targets.
