Eurofins Advinus is a premier preclinical and early development CRO offering drug discovery, preclinical and development stage contract research services in the areas of discovery services, regulatory Toxicology (Safety Assessment), DMPK, Analytical R&D Services and API CDMO. • Perform metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS.
• Handle sample preparation, processing, and LC-MS/MS instrument operations.
• Develop and optimize LC-MS/MS methods using Q-Trap detector.
• Interpret LC-MS/MS data to propose metabolite structures and product ions.
• Conduct impurity profiling and structural elucidation when required.
• Record raw data, perform data acquisition, compilation, analysis, and interpretation.

Qualifications

Master’s in Chemistry / PhD

Additional Information

• Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS analysis and method development.
• Knowledge of metabolite identification and structure determination.
• Understanding of livestock metabolism, Plant metabolism E-fate studies.
