Pay: $28 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • Deliver Best-in-Class Brand Advocacy: Provide exceptional brand representation through a dynamic mix of in-store, virtual, and on-demand training sessions for retail associates.
  • Drive Heartshare and Mindshare: Engage associates through deep-dive, gamified brand training, ensuring they become passionate advocates for Meta products and services.
  • Support New Product Launches: Execute successful in-store new product launches, certifying associates and driving early adoption.
  • Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with key decision-makers and retail sales associates at leading optical care and sales providers.
  • Maximize Product Presence: Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance Meta brand visibility.
  • Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retail sales associates on the features, benefits, and use cases of Meta products (e.g., Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, Meta Quest VR devices)
  • Execute Strategic Initiatives: Implement and adapt brand advocacy and sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve Meta's objectives.
  • Report and Analyze Performance Data: Input and Track brand advocacy efforts and sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.

Qualifications:

  • Drives Results: Proven ability to consistently drive brand advocacy and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. This includes a track record of meeting or surpassing engagement quotas, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes through exceptional training.
  • Influences Retail Associates: Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically within the optical care and sales retail sector. This involves effective communication, negotiation, and the ability to present compelling arguments that resonate with retailers’ needs and priorities.
  • Situational Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust advocacy and training strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. This involves being flexible and responsive to change, as well as having the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, processes, and technologies.
  • Problem Solver: Is a natural problem-solver and analytical thinker, possesses the ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome challenges. Navigates through workload pressure with ease.
  • Product Knowledge (AR/VR/Wearables): The ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Meta's AR/VR and wearable devices and effectively communicate it to retail sales associates. This includes the ability to grasp technical information quickly, comprehend product features and benefits, and express them clearly and concisely.

Additional Requirements:

  • Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for overnight assignments in extended markets – a Valid Driver's License is required. This may include flying to additional store locations defined in the market coverage.
  • Physical Requirements Ability to set up and manage interactive demo stations, which may include lifting and moving displays (25 lbs. or more) and using small power tools (e.g., drills) for display setup.
