Job Description

FrontStory is a powerhouse in the global LeadGen and Affiliate landscape. We don't just "run ads"—we build sophisticated marketing engines that dominate the Insurance and Comparison verticals. We are looking for a sharp, tech-native User Acquisition Manager who is bored with "standard" media buying and wants to lead the charge into the AI-automated future.

THE THREE PILLARS OF THE ROLE

The Technical Core (The "Hands-On" Expert)

You will own the Meta ecosystem from the ground up. This isn't just about the "Boost" button; it's about the plumbing.

  • Infrastructure: Set up and manage complex Data Sets, Meta Pixel configurations, and CAPI (Conversions API) integrations.
  • Troubleshooting: Work side-by-side with our developers to diagnose tracking discrepancies and fix technical leaks in the funnel.
  • Analytics: Leverage Voluum and internal BI tools to track every cent of ROI across the US market.

The AI Creative Lab (The Future)

We don't do "manual" anymore. You will lead our transition into a fully AI-powered creative and optimization workflow.

  • AI UGC & Video: Direct and produce high-converting AI-generated UGC videos and dynamic funnels.
  • Automation: Build and manage MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and automated optimization rules to scale winning campaigns while you sleep.
  • Innovation: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI trends to ensure FrontStory stays 3 steps ahead of the competition.

Strategic Growth & Leadership (The Hunter)

You are the captain of your budget and eventually, a team.

  • Scale: Manage high-stakes Meta campaigns with a proven track record of spending $100K+ per year at a positive ROI.
  • Team Lead: Manage and mentor a small team of specialized outsourcers (designers, editors, VA's) to support your UA efforts.
  • LeadGen Mastery: Direct your expertise toward the Insurance and high-intent LeadGen verticals.

Requirements

  • The Meta Veteran: You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Experience in Google Ads is a massive advantage.
  • Technical Logic: You understand the "how" behind the "what." You know your way around an API documentation and a Dataset dashboard.
  • The AI Enthusiast: You are already using AI to build automations, script videos, or optimize workflows. You don't wait for a tutorial; you experiment.
  • The High-Performer: You have experience in Lead Generation (ideally US Insurance) and are comfortable managing significant budgets with a "Founder's mindset."
  • Fluent & Social: Your English is sharp, and you’re a "people person" who knows how to motivate a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
