• Assist the project team in the process of preparing and printing invoices.
• Perform final checks on the completeness of invoice supporting documents (e.g., Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Tax Invoice, etc.) before they are sent to the client.
• Deliver documents, particularly invoices, to client offices within Jakarta and its surrounding areas (Jabodetabek) in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure documents are received by the authorized person at the client's office and obtain valid proof of receipt (signature and stamp).
• Maintain neat and organized archives and records of document deliveries.
• Assist with other office administration tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Owns a private motorcycle in good and roadworthy condition.

• Holds a valid Motorcycle Driving License (SIM C).

• Strong knowledge of routes across Jakarta and surrounding areas (Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).

• Willing to travel frequently for document delivery duties.

• Strong communication skills with a high level of honesty, attention to detail, and responsibility.

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
