For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• More than 6 years of experience in a Tech Lead role, with strong involvement in architecture design and continuous integration practices
• Extensive experience with email systems and infrastructure, including protocols such as POP, SMTP, IMAP, ActiveSync, and CalDav
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in dynamic, research-driven environments with multiple ongoing projects
• English language skills at least a B2 level
• Experience with Zimbra email server is a plus
• Strong understanding of networking concepts is a plus
• Knowledge of French is a plus
