Chubb, a leading global insurance company with a presence in more than 54 countries, is opening its new Engineering Center in Bogotá. This strategic hub will drive digital transformation and the development of innovative technology solutions for the company worldwide.

This person will be responsible for ensuring the continuity, stability, and efficiency of the company's messaging and collaboration services by providing Level 3 technical support in Microsoft Exchange, hybrid Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 environments. They will manage and support platforms such as Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring timely incident resolution, controlled change implementation, and accurate documentation of processes and testing.

What You'll Do

• Provide efficient and timely technical support to business users.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the Messaging and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Respond promptly to client support requests and incidents.
• Monitor and manage the teams ServiceNow ticket queue.
• Develop and maintain process and testing documentation in Teams.
• Create comprehensive and detailed technical documentation.
• Participate actively in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Travel occasionally to other offices as required.

️ What Were Looking For

• Over 7 - 10 years of proven experience in messaging support environments.
• Hands-on experience in large and complex messaging environments, including: MS Exchange Server and hybrid Exchange Online, PowerShell scripting, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, RightFax / Fax2Mail
• Strong ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Experience with system migrations is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connectivity tools.
• Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns to meet business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
