Camp counselors will participate in training sessions, facilitate small groups, staff the events and activities of Meskwaki UNI Summer Camp, and assist in supervising campers overnight as needed. These activities include, but are not limited to check-in, academic and career sessions, teambuilding activities, scavenger hunt, and social events. Camp Counselors will also read the staff manual, complete all required pre-camp training activities, and stay in Lawther Hall from July 12 through July 17, 2026, in addition to other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and group facilitation skills; previous experience as a summer camp participant or counselor; and commitment to providing a great experience for camp participants required.
