Job Description

1.     Develop and maintain MES features using SQL, C#, Java.  使用 SQL、C#、Java 開發與維護 MES 系統功能。
2.     Integrate MES with ERP and equipment systems. 負責 MES 系統與 ERP、設備系統的串接與整合。
3.     Translate business needs into technical solutions. 將業務需求轉化為可執行的技術設計與開發任務。
4.     Support project delivery and timeline tracking. 協助 MES 專案執行與進度掌控。
5.     Monitor and optimize system performance. 監控系統效能並執行優化改善。
6.     Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment. 建置並維護 CI/CD 流程以加速上線與版本更新。
7.     Conduct testing and improve based on user feedback. 進行系統測試，依據使用者回饋持續優化。

In addition to these technical responsibilities, a global MES Senior Software Engineer from a COE may also be expected to have strong communication and collaboration skills, and to be able to work effectively in a global team environment.
