Our five core values drive everything we do: Integrity • Intensity • Innovation • Involvement • Impact

We are looking for a full-time Functional Analyst for MES, who will support and enhance the technology that keeps our 60+ manufacturing sites running. You won’t just be documenting processes; you’ll be designing the future-state data flows for production, quality, and traceability. You will work directly with plant operations and technical teams to ensure our MES solutions are reliable, integrated, and capable of driving long-term operational efficiency.

This a remote opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • System Evolution: Support, maintain, and enhance existing MES solutions across a multi-site environment, focusing on production tracking, quality, and traceability.
  • Process Engineering: Analyze and document complex manufacturing workflows to translate operational needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Integration Management: Support the critical data flows between MES, ERP, and industrial automation platforms (SCADA/IIoT).
  • Solution Design: Participate in the configuration and deployment of new MES functionalities, ensuring they align with our broader digital transformation goals.
  • Validation & Testing: Define test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet floor requirements.
  • Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead workshops and discussions with plant managers and shop-floor teams to identify optimization opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years in MES, manufacturing systems, or industrial IT environments.
  • Functional Expertise: Proven track record in requirements definition, process mapping, and functional analysis.
  • Manufacturing Depth: Strong understanding of shop-floor operations and production lifecycles.
  • Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical operational leaders.
  • Problem Solving: A structured, analytical approach to troubleshooting complex system interactions.

Technical Assets

  • MES Platforms: Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition is a major plus.
  • Integrated Systems: Familiarity with ERP integration, CMMS, or QMS.
  • Industry 4.0: Knowledge of SCADA, IIoT, or industrial data analytics.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with Agile delivery, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
  • Industry Background: Experience in packaging or high-volume process manufacturing.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives and retirement savings plans with company match
  • Customizable group benefits including health, dental, life, disability, and travel insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Career development opportunities
  • A dynamic, inclusive work environment where your voice matters and your growth is supported
