Job Description

【工作項目】
A.  Manage global MES Transformation Project
1.  Play leading role in transformation of MES
2.  Plan out the blueprints for MES transformation project, including defining the scope, setting milestone and allocating resources.
3.  Work with System Integrators to implement the next-gen MES, from system setup, integrated testing, validation, migration rehearsal to deployment.
4.  Work with COE/Site IT to identify gaps between out-of-box MES solutions and user requirements.
5.  Engage closely with key stakeholders to provide transparent assessment on risks and issues.
6.  Ensure the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
7.  Ensure the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
8.  Roll out next-gen MES to WW Sites

B.  Evaluate MES Requirement and Process
1.  Engage with Customer/User on major MES requirements.
2.  Work closely with process, test, quality and product engineers, IT, MES vendor or outside resources to determine technical solutions or applications to meet the requirements.
3.  Participate in MES projects through requirements gathering, data mapping, documenting specifications and design details, and deploying enhancements.
4.  Collaborates with developers to review end-to-end solution and architecture.

1.  Outstanding leadership, organizational and time management skills.
2.  Proven experience in IT project management and software development/maintenance.
3.  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
4.  Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
5.  5+ years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry.
6.  Experience with a large-scale global software deployment (MES, ERP) .
7.  Outstanding documentation and presentation skills.
8.  Have solid experience in manufacturing technology in a sizable electronic manufacturing company, analytic and digital experience will be additional consideration factor.
9.  Willing to travel to different manufacturing sites (Asia, Europe, North America)  .
10.  Clear understanding of agile project deployment methodology.
11.  Fluent English (spoken and written).
