We are seeking a highly skilled MES Developer to contribute designing, developing, and maintaining MES applications that support manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance with a top Client in the MedTech Industry.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain MES applications using Rockwell FTPC platform.
- Design and implement custom modules and workflows using Java.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and IT.
- Ensure system compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GxP standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and validation protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.y
- 3+ years of experience in MES development, preferably with Rockwell FTPC
- Proficiency in Java programming and SQL database development.
- Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, Pharma).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Nice-to-have (Extra) Skills:
-Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and manufacturing data standards.
-Experience with system validation and electronic records/electronic signatures (ER/ES).
- Knowledge of OPC, MQTT, or other industrial communication protocols.
- Certifications in Rockwell Automation or Java technologies
-Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.
-Exposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies).
