Your tasks

  • Technical Skills:Knowledge of MES Fundamentals & Architecture
  • Strong experience with iTAC MES Suite with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Deep understanding of Electronics Manufacturing process manufacturing workflows. (Includes SMT, AOI, ICT & Different Test Stations)
  • Analysis, description, and implementation of process flow in the MES.
    Hands-on with traceability systems
  • SQL, scripting for MES customization.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols, web services and APIs, connect shop-floor equipment to iTAC for automatic data collection
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques of electronics production.

Your Profile

  • Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure MES modules for production processes (Specially iTAC MES Suite).
  • Support in industrialization projects by setting up master data in the test database.
  • Design and validate electronic batch records and workflows.
  • Integrate MES with different automation systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (WIs, validation protocols, test cases).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with different data integrity standards.
  • Monitor MES performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Experience:Minimum 5+ years’ experience with electronics / automotive electronics regulated industries in MES implementation, at least 2 years in iTAC MES.
