Hiring Position: MES Consultant (Japanese-English speaking): Open to Thai Nationals Only

Working Condition: Hybrid Working (3 Days at Office and 2 Days from Anywhere OR WFA)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (BTS Accessible)

Pay Rate: THB 75000 to THB 100000 + Other Benefits

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity to take ownership of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation within a dynamic and fast-growing IT consultancy. This role requires a strong technical background, industry expertise, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

As an MES Consultant, you will collaborate closely with manufacturing clients to analyze business processes, configure MES solutions, and support system integration while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Solution Design:
• Understand and assess client requirements to design and configure MES solutions tailored to their manufacturing processes.
• Recommend best practices to optimize MES usage and improve operational efficiency.
• System Implementation & Integration:
• Support end-to-end project activities, including system implementation, testing, validation, and go-live support.
• Configure MES solutions and integrate them with external systems such as ERP, SCADA, and IoT platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure MES implementations comply with industry regulations and company standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MES Consultant or in an IT/manufacturing systems-related role.
• Proficiency in MES solution design, configuration, and ERP integration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and recommend suitable MES solutions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, automotive, electronics, or food production), is a plus.
• Languages & Communication:
• Fluency in Japanese and English (both oral and written) is required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being an effective team player.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
