Responsible for supporting growth and strategic initiatives for merger and acquisition (M & A) transactions. Provides support across all phases of the M & A life cycle, with particular responsibility on qualitative, financial and valuation analyses. This role serves as a member of the strategy and development team and will be part of a team driving growth and strategic initiatives providing transactional support across all quantitative and financial phases of the M&A life cycle for the organization’s transactions.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

EXPERIENCE
Three years’ experience in the areas of strategic project management and/or mergers and acquisitions
Experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance. Ideally, from environments such as investment banks, valuation firms, or strategic advisory roles
Background in financial/valuation analysis.
Experience performing financial modeling, valuation work, or strategic advisory analysis is highly preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset. Demonstrated ability to build and interpret complex financial models is a key requirement
