What will your typical day look like?
You will play a key role in driving the delivery of engagements and conducting financial due diligence.
In this role, you will:
• Advise leading Australian and global financial institutions and private equity investors on a wide variety of complex and challenging transactions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the target business and its drivers.
• Review historical trading, quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital, net debt, capital expenditure, forecasts, and underlying assumptions through discussions with management teams.
• Review sale and purchase agreements and financial models.• Mentor and coach a team of high-performing practitioners.
• Develop your skills to build our brand in the market through business development opportunities with existing and targeted clients.
