As a Merchant Support Specialist, you will be a friendly, diligent, and tech-savvy professional dedicated to creating outstanding experiences for our merchants. You will play a crucial role in adapting to new challenges and developments, ensuring merchant satisfaction, and carve out a long-term career path in the thriving fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Availability: Flexible working on a variety of weekday shifts, ensuring we always meet our merchants’ needs.

· Customer Interaction: Answer inbound merchant service and technical support calls, providing timely and effective resolutions to merchant requests.

· Resource Utilization: Leverage documentation and support resources to ensure precision in your support efforts.

· Professionalism: Utilize your professionalism and tact to navigate critical or challenging situations effectively.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify trends and report insights to promote ongoing process improvement.

· Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality services and support each other’s growth.

· Adaptability: Embrace new challenges and learning opportunities, enhancing your professional skills and problem-solving capabilities.

· General Tasks: Engage in any other related responsibilities that contribute to the company’s success and our merchants' satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· A passion for providing exceptional merchant experiences.

· Enjoys working within a team while remaining accountable for individual contributions.

· Values high-quality work and strives to execute processes effectively.

· Energized by opportunities for professional growth and learning.

· Proud of your ability to solve problems and think critically.

· Fluent in English (US employees) or bilingual in French and English (Canadian employees).
