Permanent Regular
The Merchant Field Sales Executive – Farmer – Large Accounts is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing large merchant partners through direct, in-person relationship management. The role plays a critical part in strengthening the merchant network by driving engagement, increasing benefit usage, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Operating through field visits and face-to-face interactions, the Farmer contributes directly to the long-term value of Pluxee’s B2B2C ecosystem.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large merchants
Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen trust, loyalty, and collaboration
Monitor merchant performance (usage, frequency, ticket size) and propose actions to optimize engagement
Provide ongoing education on new features, digital tools, and consumer-facing opportunities
Address operational concerns in coordination with internal teams and ensure smooth resolution

2. Account Development and Commercial Growth
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across the portfolio
Support merchant participation in seasonal campaigns, co-marketing programs, and product expansion
Analyze usage patterns and proactively recommend improvements or activation strategies
Manage contract renewals and updates when required

3. Ecosystem Coordination
Collaborate with Merchant Marketing to maximize visibility and promotional impact for key partners
Share merchant insights with Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams
Ensure merchant feedback is integrated into the continuous improvement of the Pluxee offering
Assist in planning merchant events, presentations, or local engagement activities

4. Sales Operations and CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
Track KPIs such as merchant retention, portfolio revenue, campaign participation, and satisfaction scores
Execute regular reporting and activity documentation to support performance analysis and review

5. Comply with fiscal, legal, and contractual requirements in all interactions

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Work Experience:
3+ years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in field-based roles
Demonstrated experience managing large or strategic partners
Previous exposure to merchant ecosystems, payment platforms, or benefits providers is an asset

Skills & Certifications:
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills
Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain strong organizational discipline

Languages:
For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.
For local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required.
For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required. English is considered an advantage as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration in a multinational context.
