Responsible for overarching strategic vision, development and management of our Enterprise Payment products and services, including core and emerging Treasury, Card, Merchant, Fraud and Advanced Data Analytics, among other areas. The scope of responsibilities encompasses market analysis, development of product strategies, risk assessment and mitigation, monitoring and management of product performance, ownership of vendor relationships, and the formulation of pricing strategies and marketing plans for both new and existing product lines. In addition, this senior leadership position will actively engage with senior executives, industry leaders, and our clients to promote our value proposition, advocate for progressive change, and cultivate followership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product management leaders, product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
2. Collaborate closely with executive management, technology, operations, risk, sales, service and onboarding teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
3. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
4. Establish and monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, implementing strategies for continuous improvement
5. Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and manage associated risks effectively
6. Build and sustain effective relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring regular communication regarding strategies, financial stability, and conducting annual evaluations.
7. Represent the Enterprise Payments Product organization both within the company and externally, including participation in industry forums and presentations, attendance at client meetings, and engagement in internal meetings and discussions.
8. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication in all interactions, including individual and large group settings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred)
2. 15+ years of experience with product management, P&L management and strategy for commercializing
new products and services in a large bank, regional bank or closely related technology-driven organization
3. Over 7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in leading teams, with proven expertise in attracting, developing, retaining, and recruiting high-caliber talent
4. Deep understanding of payment processing systems, technologies, and market trends.
5. Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior-level audiences.
7. Expertise in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams, demonstrating advanced project management skills.
8. Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
9. Extensive experience in negotiations, project and vendor management
