We ensure high-quality user experience from the moment they enter GrabMart homepage until they receive their orders. Get to Know the Role
We are looking for Operations Excellence Assistant Manager to further improve GrabMart's Fulfillment Rate. You are experienced in analysing data and draw insights, experienced collaborating with different stakeholders, to improve and solve issues related to our merchants' operations. But if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. In return, we can guarantee you that you will get a great amount of learnings, name it from the industry, new skill set, and many more. You will report to the Manager, and this role is based onsite at our Jakarta office.
