The Operations Excellence for GrabMart ID team is a solid and agile team responsible for bringing the best experience for GrabMart's users. We ensure high-quality user experience from the moment they enter GrabMart homepage until they receive their orders. Get to Know the Role

We are looking for Operations Excellence Assistant Manager to further improve GrabMart's Fulfillment Rate. You are experienced in analysing data and draw insights, experienced collaborating with different stakeholders, to improve and solve issues related to our merchants' operations. But if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. You will report to the Manager, and this role is based onsite at our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will monitor GrabMart Merchants' operations performance and take immediate actions if there's a drop in any of their operations metrics
  • You will identify and analyze any issue coming from merchants then to develop short-term and long-term solution by working with other stakeholders
  • You will work on merchants engagement plan including strategizing the carrot and stick programs to ensure our merchants are well engaged and educated
  • You will become the bridge between our product team and the merchants in terms of adopting newly developed products
  • You will troubleshoot any operations issue coming from on-ground problems, merchants' API connection, Merchant App device or any other operational issue sources

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 5+ years' experience interpreting data to draw insights, and work with analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
  • You have solid experience and comfortable with numbers
  • You have experience managing a team
  • You have an experience to collaborate with stakeholders from different teams
  • You have a strategic approach and come up with fresh ideas to create long-term and sustainable solution
  • You have a can-do mindset and always strive to find the solution when there are challenges
  • Experience in e-Commerce or e-Groceries would be an added value
