Team Introduction
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms.

We are looking for a highly professional, self-driven, and data-driven Merchant Financing Solution Manager to design, launch, and scale financing products that support the growth of merchants across our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, risk, data, operations, and business teams to deliver tailored credit solutions, such as Cash Advance, Term Loan, and Invoice Financing. Your goal is to enhance merchant liquidity, drive user adoption, and ensure sustainable portfolio performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve financing products that meet merchants’ lifecycle needs, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design to implement lending solutions within platform ecosystems.
- Analyze local and global market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, work with GTM, and local AM teams to shape acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure regulatory adherence and accurate financial modeling.
- Track and analyze performance of lending products across different segments and geographies. Drive initiatives to improve funnel conversion, increase utilization, and enhance repayment behavior.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.
