Permanent RegularAs part of the Merchant team, you develop new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and satisfaction and help the business grow within the merchant department.

You report to the Market Manager and work closely with the Marketing, Customer Experience, Merchant Service and Merchant Analyst Managers.

Your Mission

As part of the Merchant team, you develop new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and satisfaction and help the business grow within the merchant department.

You report to the Market Manager and work closely with the Marketing, Customer Experience, Merchant Service and Merchant Analyst Managers.

Your main responsibilities

  • Sign new merchants to join the Pluxee network to make your project succeed.
  • Work project minded , develop, align and coordinate programs and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to developing the merchants network, improving partner performance, new products and new services
  • Ensure governance, execution follow up and documentation of processes, workflows, working methods and communication procedures
  • Work with the marketing team to improve the value position of our products/services
  • Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure that commercial and service activities are effectively supported by the implementation of technology and in-place processes.
  • Collaborate with the training team. Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them.

Ensure delivery of documented content for trainings, processes and coaching programs.

  • Support the merchant, marketing and customer experience executives in setting the commercial targets. Liaise with the Merchant Analyst in support of the annual and quarterly planning and controlling processes.

Your profile

As ideal candidate you have the following profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional background in marketing-, project management or sales performance within a B2B services context.
  • Proven track record of driving performance by coordinating and delivering process improvements and enablement programs in a KPI focused organisation.
  • Practical experience in implementing sales and service processes and products/services. You are able to define functional requirements, document guidelines for users and ensure effective adoption
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch or French and English, an understanding of the other Belgian language.
  • Strong ability to structure and summarize information driven by good PowerPoint skills, good knowledge of other MS Office tools and Salesforce.

  • Strong communicator with impact and influencing skills
  • Work in project base manner, well organised, structured and result-driven to plan activities, follow-up their implementation and get these done on-time, within stated requirements and with success;
  • Autonomous and a self-starter with a sense of responsibility, you take ownership and respect deadlines;
  • Team player and relationship builder that listens and works well with colleagues/virtual team members from the same and other departments;
  • Flexible and enthusiast to be able to adapt to change, and to identify opportunities within a changing context.
