Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Representative and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory!
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity
Requirements:This position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
This is a field-based role where you will visit local retailers and ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program. You will serve as the face of the brand in the field building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.
Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner
Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits
Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store
Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met
Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory
Approximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling
Mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up
Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams
No weekends
