The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and compliant verification of merchant KYB/KYC documentation by performing structured, language-independent operational tasks. The Merchant Avalanche Specialist supports efficient onboarding and risk management processes by validating data, documenting decisions, and escalating suspicious or unclear cases, thereby maintaining data integrity and supporting overall operational quality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Review and validate submitted merchant KYB/KYC documentation
• Verify required data points using internal tools and systems
• Manage cases and accurately document validation outcomes
• Record decisions and maintain detailed operational notes in internal Ops tools
• Identify and escalate unclear, incomplete, or suspicious cases to internal teams
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with defined procedures and quality standards

What we expect from you

• Minimum secondary education (degree in social sciences with linguistic focus is a plus)
• 6+ months of contact center experience preferred
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong client focus, communication, and active listening skills
• Analytical, responsible, reliable, and proactive problem-solving
• Team-oriented, open to feedback, and willing to learn
• Cultural awareness and respect for diversity
