About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Merchandising Team Leader to provide positive in-field support to our merchandisers across Victoria and Tasmania. In this role, you’ll ensure the team has the tools, training, and guidance they need to succeed, while fostering a supportive environment that empowers them to perform at their best.
You are passionate about delivering high-quality in-store execution that not only meets merchandising standards but also strengthens relationships with clients and partners, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting and empowering your merchandisers across multiple locations—providing hands-on guidance, building capability, and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment where everyone can thrive and deliver great results, while collaborating closely with both the business and your in-store merchandisers to meet operational needs and drive shared success.
