Lead the merchandise strategy for our multi-brand concept stores, including Comma And (Fashion & Lifestyle) and Hug Craft (Modern Thai Craft)
This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability through strategic buying, assortment planning, brand sourcing, and category management. The successful candidate will identify emerging trends, source exciting local and international brands, and curate a compelling product mix that delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Work closely with designers and retail operations teams to ensure timely product development and delivery
Tracking sale performance daily, weekly or monthly to achieve sale target.
Plan and execute product displays and promotions to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement
Planning, researching and selecting products for stores, and ensuring that the products variety attract customers to drive profits
Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously improve merchandising strategies and drive innovation
Manage relationship with supplier to ensure products quality, and ensuring that the products deliver on time
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
Minimum 4-6 years experience in Merchandiser, Buyer with Product Development background
Proven experience in fashion retail merchandising , preferably in product development
Good knowledge of materials, garment production processes and product techniques
Strong analytical skill for analyzing market data, forecasting demand, and making data-driven decisions
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
