Job Description

  • Fill up the weekly/Monthly reports to the operation Manager, client’s relation manager and clients’ Managers.
  • Follow up on the action plans generated from the Daily report.
  • Prepare & update regularly through his management, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
  • Coordinate with his Clients all in-door activities and participate in identifying best locations for floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.
  • Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and follow up over the performance.
  • Maintain & protect the shelf spaces for his clients in the yearly contracts.
  • Prepare Time sheets, overtime sheet, night implementation & monthly incentive for all his merchandisers.
  • Collect and share the competitor activities to his management.
  • Follow up with all other departments on his team requirements, such as statements, official letters, Gasoline, cars, salaries’ slips…
  • Train his team on Palm system & all related reports such as time motion, stock count, out of stocks…
  • Establish good relations with his client’s representatives in his area.
  • Follow up on his team progress, suggest succession plans;
