
[1 Year Fixed Term Contract Position]
This position is responsible for supporting planning and sales for a category of products throughout the fashion products lifecycle. The product professional will support corporate initiatives assigned to Merchandising manager.
The Product Professional works closely with Merchandising manager in execution of product planning, sales and inventory control for a category of products.
• Support collection buy and ordering products (6 times a year).
• Prepare Pre-buy, during the buy and after the buy analysis report
• Generate & update weekly/monthly report (MTD/YTD sales, inventory, good receiving, pending orders, sell- through).
• Support Marketing meeting, Alignment meeting, strategic plan, and relevant projects.
• Gather sales summary, launch feedback and product feedback from BTQ team and create report for all related meetings.
• Generate sales reports from BI & Fashion BRIO system.
• Assist regional reporting on issues related to product analysis, price survey, and missed sales report.
• Monitor inventory status and execute boutique transfers, regional transfer and diversion to achieve higher sell-through.
• Set FRS launching and check delivery & product cancellation & quality test status.
• Monitor delivery status and follow-up as needed for on time delivery.
• Monthly merchandising allocation plan based on the sales target and sales forecast.
• Identify regional transfer & order diversion opportunity to ensure inventory target.
• Identify and transfer required products for BTQ event and PR/VM support.
• Create & update Sell-through book.
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
University graduate
Degree in Fashion Merchandising / Fashion Business / Fashion Design is preferred
Degree in Business administration/ Marketing or related filed is preferred
Work Experience
2-5 years in fashion buying and retail related area.
Experience in luxury or premium fashion brand is preferred
Required Competencies
Language: Strong level of speaking and writing in English
Product & Fashion knowledge – Understand products, buy cycles, sell-through, product aesthetics and design details
Data & Reporting – Handle sales/inventory data and create simple reports
Analytical Thinking – Spot trends and highlight issues/opportunities
Inventory Control – Monitor stock and support transfers/rebalancing
Execution & Follow-up – Track deliveries, orders, and timelines
Team Coordination – Work with retail, marketing, and other teams
Detail & Organization – Accurate, organized, and able to manage deadlines
Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word.
