About the Role:
As a Merchandising Planning Staff, you will: Act as a key contributor to planning and executing merchandise strategies for Vietnam’s business. Support the development of buying and pricing strategies for current and future seasons. Build and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal product strategies, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. Monitor business performance versus targets and proactively adjust plans to achieve strong results

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related fields
Relevant experience in merchandising planning, or retail business operations.
Strong analytical skills for sales and inventory management
English: Business level (Written & Verbal) is a must.
Experienced person about Production management position/ Management planning position/ Brand manager position except designer.
Knowledge of POS systems and retail IT environments.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive; possesses an inquisitive, commercial, analytical mind.
