The Merchandising Manager, Womenswear & Licensed Goods leads the product strategy and buying for the Diesel brand across the North American market, spanning both full-price retail and e-commerce. The role is responsible for translating the global brand vision into a commercially optimized, regionally relevant assortment across Womenswear and Licensed Goods, with accountability for driving category performance and maximizing sales and profitability. Weekly in-store visits are required, with additional visits as the business demands.
The role owns the end-to-end merchandising strategy, including assortment architecture, SKU efficiency, category segmentation, regional exclusives, pricing strategy, and seasonal buying. Success is measured through sales, sell-through, inventory productivity, and overall assortment performance across retail and digital channels. As the business owner for Womenswear and Licensed Goods in North America, the role reports to the Senior Merchandising Manager and serves as a key partner to Brand leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring the global product vision is effectively localized to meet the needs of the North American consumer and deliver commercial results.
