We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising team for a temporary position during a maternity leave cover, from September/October 2026 to June 2027.

In this role, you'll play an important part in optimizing product performance across our brand store fleet. Working closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail and Marketing teams, you'll monitor sales performance, support assortment decisions, steer replenishment and allocation accordingly and help ensure our stores always have the best possible customer offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales and stock performance across stores to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Perform allocation and replenishment actions to ensure products are available when and where customers need them.

  • Analyze sales, inventory levels and product performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Support in-season trading activities, including product activations, markdowns and promotional planning.

  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Retail and Marketing teams to execute commercial plans.

  • Prepare reports and communicate performance insights with cross-functional teams.

  • Gather feedback from Retail teams to support continuous improvements to the customer offer.

  • Further develop our tools and be part in optimizing our way of working for future

Who we think you are:

You're curious, analytical and enjoy working with numbers while keeping the customer in mind. You like collaborating with others and are motivated by improving commercial performance.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, allocation, replenishment, planning or retail analysis.

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel.

  • A commercial mindset and interest in retail and consumer behavior.

  • Skills and experience in building Excel and AI tools is beneficial but not critical

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Success in this role:

You'll contribute to ensuring products are available in the right stores at the right time, supporting healthy stock levels, strong sell-through and an excellent customer experience across both stores and e-commerce.
