We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to support the delivery and execution of merchandising activities across our retail partners in Europe.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role ideal for someone with early experience in retail, merchandising, or logistics who understands how products move into store and how they are presented on shelf. You will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies to ensure strong in-store execution and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Execution & Store Support
Support the implementation of merchandising plans, planograms, and in-store standards.
Regular store visits to ensure execution is completed to store and brand guidelines.
Help audit displays, stock levels, and fixtures; identify gaps and support corrective actions.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising across retail partners.
Stock, Logistics & Product Handling
Assist with managing product data, including SKUs and EAN codes.
Work with supply chain and retail teams to help ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
Track orders, deliveries, and stock movements where required.
Fixtures, POS & Equipment
Assist in coordinating delivery and installation of stands, POS materials, and fixtures.
Support maintenance, repairs, and replacements of in-store equipment.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate merchandising records, reports, and trackers (primarily in Excel).
Analyse basic sales, stock, and merchandising data to support decision-making.
Provide regular updates on store execution, stock issues, and merchandising performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support in-store execution.
Coordinate with external partners such as merchandising agencies, suppliers, and installers.
Build positive working relationships with store teams.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
Merchandising experience for a retailer in-store, brand, or merchandising agency
Exposure to product data (e.g. SKUs/EANs) is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational role
Nice to Have
Experience with goods receiving, stock handling, or store deliveries
Understanding of visual merchandising or planograms
Additional European languages are a plus.
