Overall Responsibilities
1. Product Development and execution• Oversee the sample submission and approval process, ensuring products meet quality, fit and commercial requirements. • Capacity checking and booking with suppliers across key milestones• Manage the critical path to ensure timely delivery of prototypes, sales samples and production goods• Coordinate NY design team, fabric team, TD team and vendors to develop proto, fit or SMS before the production.• Ensure sample submissions meet specifications and deadlines.• Maintain costing file update
2. Costing & Negotiation:• Prepare costing sheets with fabric price details to factories for quotation and feedback NY• Analyse cost breakdowns from factories (FOB, CM, fabric, trims, etc.).• Maintain Product Development tracker update
3. Production Follow-Up:• Coordinate the Fit sample , PP sample , AD sample, TOP sample and shipment samples submit on time with qualify. • Track WIP and monitor production schedules closely to ensure on-time delivery.• Remind factory vessel booking in Infor system timely and make sure on-time delivery• Prepared in-line and final inspections file to QA team• Manage factory upload the shipping dox after shipment to avoid chargeback

• Knowledge in SAP/IBT/Infor Nexus system • Knowledge in costing and price negotiation• Knowledge in production process • Open for business travel-mainland and oversea• Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel
