Westnetis looking for a Merchandiser &Sales Representativeto join our team,having the following accountabilities:
Main Duties Will Be
  • Implement planograms and merchandising guidelines to ensure optimal product placement, facings, and shelf allocation for both MDA and SDA categories
  • Monitor stock levels and identify out-of-stock situations for both MDA and SDA products
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail store managers and staff
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor, record, and report competitor activities, including pricing, merchandising displays, promotional campaigns, and new product placements.
  • Prepare detailed photographic reports before and after merchandising activities to ensure execution quality and compliance.
  • Ensure the correct placement and maintenance of POP materials, price labels, and promotional displays in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide product knowledge support and basic training to store personnel, highlighting key product features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Support sales initiatives and product launches within assigned stores

The ideal candidate should have
  • 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools)
  • Strong English communication skills
