Job Location: Maletis Beaverton - Beaverton, OR 97005Location: Portland, OR (Swan Island) & Beaverton/Hillsboro Areas
Salary: $67,000 annually & monthly car allowance
Maletis Beverage is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandising Manager to lead and develop a team of Merchandisers across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for overseeing daily merchandising operations, ensuring our products are consistently stocked, displayed, rotated, and promoted according to company and retailer standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Merchandisers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and territory coverage
- Drive to retail accounts regularly to support employees, monitor merchandising execution, and maintain service standards
- Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, displayed, and merchandised according to company standards
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction
- Attend weekly new hire orientations, leadership meetings, and sales meetings as required
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
- Approve timecards, mileage reimbursements, and time-off requests
- Maintain merchandising standards and operational accountability across assigned accounts
- Other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of merchandising experience preferred
- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn company systems and mobile applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain required automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
Schedule and Work Environment:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 45lbs
- Comfortable working in cooler, back stock, office, and retail environments
- Full time weekday position with occasional evening and weekend work
