To organize and maintain product spaces in our customers stores to improve their sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

  • Schedule the store set with the owners/managers.
  • Check customer pricing to ensure correct and competitive
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers.
  • Monitor stocks products and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
  • Maintain store shelves and inventory, spaces and organizing with pop material.
  • Build constructive customers’ expectations and companies’ objectives.
  • Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product / stock.

Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years retail experience and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Able to work flexible schedule with possible evenings or weekends
