Merchandiser - AustriaVienna市场销售类Responsibilities1.Conduct regular visits to retail stores, distributors, and dealer locations to ensure proper product display and brand visibility.
2.Implement in-store merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store managers.
4.Monitor product stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and report replenishment needs.
5.Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
6.Ensure promotional materials and display tools are correctly placed and updated.
7.Provide regular reports and photo documentation of store visits and merchandising performance.
8.Support marketing events, trade shows, and product training as needed.Qualifications1.Proven experience in retail merchandising, field sales, or related roles.
2.Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sense.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5.Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
6.Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a strong plus.
