We are seeking an energetic and hands-on “Jack” of all trades to join our National Merchandising Team.

We are looking for an experienced full-time Merchandiser based in the Hume City and surrounding areas of VIC.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a defined territory to a high standard, ensuring our products are well stocked, presented, and aligned to company and Bunnings expectations. You’ll act as an ambassador for the Jack brand, building strong in-store relationships while supporting ongoing merchandising projects and initiatives.

Some overnight and regional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards across your territory
• Manage stock levels including replenishment, adjustments, and inventory accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings team members
• Execute merchandising plans, relays, and promotional displays
• Ensure pricing, ticketing, and product positioning is accurate and compliant
• Support store projects, new store setups, and range launches

Requirements

• Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
• Previous merchandising or sales representative experience
• Bunnings experience (highly regarded)
• Hardware or retail experience (highly regarded)
