Job Description

General Purpose

Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams
  • Check and report product voids
  • Maintain ad hoc merchandising
  • Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
  • Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store
  • Set new stores and perform required resets
  • Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering
  • Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
  • Assist with customer service issues or complaints
  • Complete pricing surveys as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
  • Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
