Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a crucial role in turning data into commercial insight. Working at the heart of the business, you’ll analyse sales, stock, and store KPIs to support smarter decisions across retail, e-commerce, marketing, and logistics. This is an ideal role for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially curious, looking to build strong foundations in retail merchandising.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, stock, and KPI performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support inventory management, stock allocation, and assortment planning across channels.
- Assist buyers with range planning and stock forecasting.
- Monitor product performance (best sellers, sizes, colours) and flag risks or opportunities.
- Support pricing updates and promotional execution.
- Identify slow-moving stock and assist with corrective action plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Support digital merchandising activities, including product setup and online presentation.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems, performing basic order management and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to maintain accurate product and category data.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a merchandising or similar analytical role (fashion retail preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with stock or inventory management systems.
- Relevant qualification in business, retail, or a related field.
