Job Title: Merchandiser
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to support brand visibility and product presentation across assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on ensuring shelves, displays, and communications are executed according to planogram, client standards, and route schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned outlets according to agreed routes and schedules.
Replace products on shelves and maintain shelf exclusivity for assigned brands.
Apply planograms, brand guidelines, and POS standards.
Clean and maintain units, displays, and communications.
Rotate stock using FIFO and monitor freshness dates.
Remove outdated or damaged communications and replace with current materials.
Complete reports and log sheets using the company platform.
Report damaged units, low stock, or no stock situations.
Log customer complaints and requests.
