We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandise Processor - Operations Clerical (Hospital) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and organizing various merchandise items, as well as providing clerical support to help facilitate smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, unpack, and sort merchandise items to ensure accurate inventory records.

- Inspect merchandise for quality and quantity, reporting any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.

- Enter data and update inventory systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

- Prepare merchandise for shipping by packing items securely and ensuring proper labeling.

- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and contributing to the development of efficient organizational systems.

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues related to merchandise processing or clerical tasks.

- Follow established safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

- Provide additional clerical support as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and documents.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.

- Previous experience in a merchandise processing or clerical role is preferred.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
