THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for products?
Join our dynamic Buying & Merchandising team as a Merchandiser and play a key role in driving our online growth. You’ll take ownership of commercial performance, stock management, and strategic planning, all while collaborating closely with our buying and products teams to deliver the right products, at the right time, for the right customers. Together, you’ll be responsible for meeting (and exceeding!) commercial targets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analyze and forecast sales, stock, and sell-through to maximize commercial potential and flag risks
Take swift action on stock opportunities and underperforming styles
Collaborate with buying on relevant trading actions
Calculate and forecast buying budgets based on data-driven insights
Support the buying process through detailed buying analysis, margin calculations and brand performance reviews
Contribute to the development and execution of both short- and long-term category strategies
Work closely with your Products & Partner and Buying colleagues on your shared assigned area to deliver on KPI’s
Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners
YOUR PROFILE
Data-driven thinker with a passion for products and trends
Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
2-3 years of experience from a similar role. Background in e-commerce is a plus
Advanced Excel- & BI- skills and eager to learn more
Highly analytical, solution-oriented, and structured in your approach
Excellent time-management skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
