The Merchandise Planner is responsible for spotting sales trends and providing the strategy and direction needed to achieve fiscal targets through multi-level action plans. This role develops financial sales strategies, gross margin plans, and sales forecasts across multiple departments. The Merchandise Planner manages merchandise sales planning, including promotional and markdown strategies, to drive sales, optimize inventory, maximize profit, and achieve sell-through goals. They also deliver in-season financial projections and identify risks and opportunities to help maximize profits throughout the season.

Annual Salary: $95,000 - $112,000 CAD
The salary range is based on several factors, including but not limited to overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and the position's location.
