Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute seasonal product assortments aligned with brand identity and sales targets

• Forecast demand and manage the full inventory lifecycle from product launch to markdown

• Analyze sales performance to guide future buying and merchandising strategies

• Collaborate with retail and online teams to elevate visual merchandising and storytelling

• Coordinate with global and regional teams on product availability, delivery schedules, and launch timelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, or buying ideally within sportswear, eyewear, or premium lifestyle brands

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to spot trends and consumer insights

• Proficient in Excel and inventory management platforms

• Ability to combine creativity with business acumen to drive results

• Interest in performance gear, active lifestyles, or endurance sports is a plus
