Merchandise Coordinator/Product Listing Specialist

DAYSHIFT | Fulltime | Makati and Iloilo (Onsite) |2 years up to 5 years work experience

About the Role

In this role, you'll oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring every SKU, price, and product detail is accurate before it reaches our customers. You'll play a key part in maintaining a high-quality product catalog by supporting new product launches, updating merchandise information, and ensuring data integrity across our systems.

What you’ll be working on:

• Build, upload, and maintain product listings for new and existing merchandise.
• Create and manage product SKUs while ensuring product information is complete and accurate.
• Maintain pricing, product attributes, specifications, and catalog details across internal systems.
• Review and validate product data to eliminate duplicates and resolve inconsistencies.
• Support the launch of new furniture and home décor collections by preparing product information for publication.
• Monitor catalog quality and ensure all product listings meet company standards.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, reconcile, and analyze large product datasets.
• Partner with merchandising and other teams to ensure product information is updated accurately and on time.
• Recommend improvements that enhance catalog accuracy and streamline listing processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years work experience in product listings, catalog management, merchandising support, product administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with:

  • SKU creation and maintenance

  • Product catalog management

  • Product pricing updates

  • Product listings or master data

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:

  • XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP

  • Pivot Tables

  • Data cleaning and validation

  • Text and lookup functions

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality product data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple product updates in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, furniture, home décor, e-commerce, or consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

As a Category Admin (E-commerce Coordinator), you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate product data, smooth supplier coordination, and timely product launches. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong administrative foundation especially with advanced Excel skills for handling SKUs.

What you'll be working on:

• Manage product data and support product launches
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and specifications
• Perform bulk uploads, data checks, and audits
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, and timelines
• Track samples, production, and supplier updates
• Handle purchase orders and documentation
• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel
• Support inventory tracking and competitor checks
• Resolve product or delivery issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• With 2-5 years' experience in product administration or experience in buying/product team.
• Ability to work with pricing, costs, and profit margins using Excel (e.g., tracking budgets and supporting pricing decisions)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience handling large datasets, SKUs and reports
• High attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MYOB)
• Comfortable working with international suppliers
