Job Description

• Prepare, analyze and share category performance data and insights.
• Work with suppliers to collect product and category information including samples, quotes, marketing collateral etc. Negotiate with suppliers as required.
• Execute Supplier proposed cost increase/cost validation process cross functionally.
• Collaborate with and lead cross functional teams to execute business priorities.
• May have limited buying responsibility for a small number of products in a non-complex area.
• Prepare communication to provide Dealers and internal stakeholders with category information.
• Communicate and resolve Dealer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 
• Perform general administrative duties as required. 

• College Diploma with 2+ years of business, retail, and/or wholesale experience in the Hardware industry is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations in a busy, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
• The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.

• The expected starting salary range for this role is $63,400- $83,300; the final offer will reflect relevant skills and experience.
