Responsibilities
Punctual and regular attendance.
Check-in new vehicle Certificates of Origin (Titles), record stock numbers, electronically scan and file appropriately.
Process 15-20 in-state and 1 out-of-state Titles from retail deals daily. Out-of-state deals are processed through VITU.
Break down deals received from F&I when needed (organize).
Call to research Titles not received from Customers and Lienholders, document all research.
Apply for duplicate Titles from the State, when applicable.
Research issues on Titles not received that are due to Wholesalers and Auctions, update all parties of title progress and document conversations.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers, lenders, and other Schomp employees regarding Title status.
Assist with answering Titling questions received by email.
Perform all titling functions by following company-approved processing procedures.
Requirements
Title experience of 1 - 3 years.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Visual acuity to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away. Requires extended screen time, including reading and entering information in multiple computer screens.
Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Requires frequent reaching, bending, repetitive hand movements, twisting, standing, walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift.
Regular, punctual attendance is required.
